
Refund and Returns Policy for Blooming

At Blooming, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that you can return items within a specified period under certain conditions.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items in new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in unused condition.
- The item must have its original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
3. How to Return an Item
Online Returns: To return an item purchased online, please contact our customer support team at support@blooming.com for instructions. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return label if necessary.
In-store Returns: If you purchased from one of our physical stores, simply bring your item, receipt, and original payment method to the store for a return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 7-10 business days. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake on our part.
- If your item was purchased with a discount code or promotional offer, your refund will be based on the amount you paid.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the return period. We can help you with the exchange process, subject to item availability. If the exchange is for an item of a different price, we will either charge you the difference or issue a refund for the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you received a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. If you prefer a store credit or exchange, please reach out to customer support for assistance.
8. Special Circumstances
- Holiday Returns: During the holiday season, we extend our return period to 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for returns but may not be exchanged.
